We are preferred suppliers to the Legal Aid Office Queensland for family law issues.

If you intend applying for Legal Aid or need advice before doing so please contact us.  We do charge an initial fee of $110 including GST for advice to assess your personal circumstances.  Alternatively you may lodge your Legal Aid application with the Legal Aid Office directly and nominate us as your preferred lawyers.

You should remember that in property issues Legal Aid is not free.  We suggest that where property matters are involved that you take the time to talk to us first.  We may be able to do more for you than you think. 

Take the time to talk to us and get help before things escalate out of control.  If a resolution cannot be found through family dispute resolution we can provide you Litigation Lawyers for  representation in the Family Law Courts of Australia.
